EVENTS WINTER 07-08

1st EVENT

The infamous Ladies ride on Super Bowl
Sunday has been scheduled again this year! It will be held on Super Bowl Sunday of course. The place to be announced latter.

2nd event

The yearly poker run is scheduled for Jan and will orginate from the Last Chance Saloon in Elliston. Do your snow dance.

3rd event

GPS course following waypoints through out our trail system. come and put your GPS to use.

4th event

Avalanche training by the Bozeman avalanche center. Full day tenativley scheduled for Jan 5th.

SAFETY CLASSES

The Snowdrifters are currently looking for a Saftey Officer. His main duties are to help organize and help put on the Kids snowmobile saftey class sponsered by MTFWP and to help with a saftey plan for each club event. If you are interested in this position contact any of the club officers or board members and we will give you the information.

The training for instructors by MTFWP will be in Lewistown the first of December, If you are interested in taking this class contact Ray Paige at MTFWP.

Advanced rider training will be announced. Check back soon for information on the training.

SUNDAY RIDES

We hop to bring back the "Group Ride" on one weekend day a month this year. It will be an informal ride led by a volunteer whom is willing to lead a group of snowmobiler's to his or her choice of riding area. We will meet at a designated place and time ready for a good time.
